Objective:
To build excitement around mMode, AT&T’s suite of data offerings for mobile phones.
Solution:
Created an immersive interactive experience for web and store kiosks. Used humorous storylines and animated photography to highlight three key mMode features.
My Role:
Concepted storylines, designed movie layouts, and completed animation for all movies.
Objective:
To reposition Mahlum Architects as a leader in conceptual thinking. To communicate Mahlum’s unique philosophy: Good design is a balance between Logic and Intuition.
Solution:
The design team created an immersive site that tells Mahlum’s story visually and contains many jumping-off points between the Logical and Intuitive sections.
My Role:
Oversaw all aspects of conceptual design and production. Designed page templates and worked with five designers and a writer to create six animated vignettes.
Objective:
To make Microsoft’s Encarta Reference Library an appealing upgrade for teenagers. To position Encarta as an indispensable reference tool that’s actually fun.
Solution:
Designed 5 mini stories that correspond with key benefits of the Encarta Reference Library.
Created an interactive demo that could run by itself on store kiosks.
My Role:
Worked with a writer to concept the demo. Designed and built demo from start to finish. Composed musical score.
Objective:
To build exitement around the K2 brand, and create a vibrant site that could be easily updated by the people at K2.
Solution:
Produced a set of basic templates which organized the previous site more logically. Set up a back end tool for updating content on the site.
My Role:
Collaborated with another designer to streamline the information architecture, design templates and produce graphics. Devised ways to incorporate content from the previous site
